Judith S. Waranch, Esquire — Vice President and General Counsel

Judy has been pairing her extensive and sophisticated experience in real estate, financing and economic development with Townsend Capital's unique perspective since 1989. She supervises Townsend’s legal affairs and selects and coordinates Townsend's representation by outside counsel throughout the United States. Judy participates in the structuring of all transactions, supervises the acquisition and sale of all assets, and manages all corporate, real estate and related legal matters.

A member of Phi Beta Kappa, Judy graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland with a bachelor of arts degree in political science and a juris doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law. Judy is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
