Holly Stanley, CPA - Chief Financial Officer

Holly joined Townsend Capital in 1992. An expert in standard accounting principles and practices, Holly serves as advisor to Townsend's employees and ensures accuracy, consistency and compliance in all of Townsend's tax-related business transactions. Holly coordinates the activities of and works closely with Townsend's outside accountants. She also vigilantly reviews the Townsend portfolio, examining how changes and updates to the tax code impact its properties.

Holly graduated from Towson University with a bachelor of science degree in accounting and is a certified public accountant.
