Daniel C. Cramer — Vice President

Dan has over 27 years of diverse real estate experience throughout the United States. He is the “go-to guy” when it comes to identifying new investment and development opportunities. Since 1994, Dan has contributed to the purchase, development and sale of more than three million square feet of commercial space for Townsend Capital. His experience includes development, construction and leasing of the 600,000 square foot Lucent campus in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, and more recently, design and development of the first phase of Hershey Center for Applied Research, which includes an 80,000 square foot lab facility for Penn State University. Dan has also been actively involved in structuring of creative products for tax free exchanges.

Dan is a graduate of Duke University with a bachelor of science degree and the University of Wisconsin with a master of science degree in real estate.
